Esteban was not a straight-A student. He wasn’t popular or good at team sports. He missed the bus often and he was always still building his shoebox diorama at 1am the night before it was due. But in third grade he received The Wood Acres Elementary School “Shows Kindness to Others” award and later on his “High-Reach Watering Can” won Best Fifth Grade Invention in the Maryland State Invention Fair. For the next few decades, his career and life choices have reflected those two attributes: a creative and entrepreneurial way of looking at the world, combined with a deep desire to improve people’s lives. Today, he lives on a small hobby farm in Maryland with his wife and four daughters.

He understands technical success can only be achieved by first absorbing and aligning with the teams' core values. This enables him to implement targeted technical solutions that produce positive experiences for the group that matters most: the people the technology is there to support.

Larry builds the technical backbone of Caring Circles, turning vision into code and empathy into interface. With a background in software development, system architecture, boxing and surviving technical review meetings, he brings calm, precision, and a lot of caffeine to the team.
He’s passionate about puzzle solving and creating tools that actually work for the people using them — especially in the complex, often emotional world of caregiving. Whether it’s improving accessibility, optimizing performance, or quietly fixing something at 2 a.m. that no one even noticed was broken, Larry’s goal is always the same: build tech that supports real people.
He’s also the guy you call when the CSS is rebelling, the database is throwing tantrums, or you just need someone to tell you gently that the thing you’re imagining will take six weeks, not six minutes.
